Meet the NWECC Team: Communications Supervisor Erin Harner

Erin is a high-drive, experience leader who directly oversees one of two teams of NWECC telecommunicators. Erin is an APCO Certified Communications Center Supervisor (CSS), APCO Certified Communications Training Officer (CTO) and a master telecommunicator with more than 11 years of experience. She’s also a basic hostage negotiator and recently attended the 360-Degree Dispatcher’s 911 Leadership Training Retreat.
